A BBC Television program featuring well know baker Tom Herbert made a documentary film called `FINDING THE PERFECT LOAF`during which he filmed inside

 Brackmans Bakery & Coffee Shop. Describing how specialist bakeries, such as Brackmans have managed to beat the general mass closure of independent bakeries. Tom was in the process of developing a ` perfect loaf ` and visited various places looking for the ideal ingredients.

Since that film was made Tom is now selling his special loaf from his own bakery aparently  for £21 each.
